A different kind of body work; Try a session of Structural Integration learn about the Classic Dr. Rolf Method and the ten session process. Full 90 minute hands on session includes pictures and consultation. This is approximately a 2 hr appointment.

Great for a tune up or the first step in the 10 session process - $120 a session
Classic 10 Series

Time Trusted and Classic Method of of Structural Integration designed to co-create profound changes in function and order of the whole body. $120 per session or $1100 if you pay it all up front!
Advanced 5 Series

Classic 5 session process to assist in the process of becoming more deeply embodied. For people who have completed a 10 series only.
