Try a session of Structural Integration learn about the Classic Dr. Rolf Method and the ten session process. Sessions Run 75-90 minutes

3 Series

Great for a tune up or the first step in the 10 session process

Classic 10 Series

Time Trusted and Classic Method of of Structural Integration designed to co-create profound changes in function and order of the whole body.

Advanced 5 Series

$850

Classic 5 session process to assist in the process of becoming more deeply embodied. For people who have completed a 10 series only.

If you have been in a recent car accident orinjury, I may be able to help you. I accept workman comp and PIP cases with an order from your Primary Doctor. Please Call me for details. A consultation is required.

All sessions are 1 hour long.

Private Movement and Breath Coaching

$50 a session

Breath normalization and movement rehabilitation -1 hr

Group Classes available, call for details
